Classes
If you can breathe, you can do yoga. Don’t practice yoga to get better at yoga; practice yoga to get better at living. I believe that anyone can begin their own yoga journey at any age, and I try to teach each class to the level of the students that are present. My classes include the traditional yoga practices of pranayama (breathing), meditation and asanas.
I offer classes over Zoom as well as small group and private classes at my home studio. Contact me by email to set up a private class. I will be teaching these group classes from November 15th 2020 each week.
Weekly Schedule:
Monday at 7:30am PST Gentle yoga.
Monday at 5:00pm PST Pilates.
Wednesday at 5pm PST Pilates.
Thursday at 7:30am PST Gentle yoga.
I also teach group classes at the following studios. Toadal Down Town,West Side Toadal, Scotts Valley Senior center, Santa Cruz yoga studio.
